"I always pass by this place when visiting family in the area, but finally got to check it out for myself back in July. They had unique drinks and the food was good. The view from my seat was fantastic, but I will say the waitress was a little rude when we requested the Bloody Mary because 'it is a lot of work to make it.' A weird thing to say to make the customer not pick something. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience."

"Spectacular tonight! Everything about this visit was perfect. We sat on the outside patio with an ocean view and watched the dolphins jump throughout dinner. The sky was painted pink. I had the most wonderful special.... $25 for clam chowder, fish & chips, and key lime pie! The fish was bright white and battered to perfection. The clam chowder was honestly the 2nd best I have ever had and that says alot. It was almost buttery. Our waitress was very kind and overall, it was just a magnificent night. Thank you!"

"We had a fantastic lunch at the Funky Pelican. We started with clam chowder and had the Pineapple BBQ Wings and the Mahi Tacos. The portions were generous and tasty. We had a great table next to the window with a view of the ocean. Kaylee was an attentive waitress."

"Parking was insane, but there was a market type show taking place so I'm sure that was part of the issue. We were seated very quickly and the service followed as expected. The drinks were quick and cold, the selection was really good and the food was delicious. We all sort of shared and the whole party agreed there wasn't a bad thing on the menu. Also, their bloody Mary's are over the top. So if you like those they are highly recommended. Let's not forget the view! We got a cool little airshow while we ate and watched the water and shore fisherman. The only issue isn't their fault, but the pier is being repaired and can be loud/annoying. We will.be back."

"I was here again. I just love this place. A visitors paradise. Energetic, happy staff, always awesome!! The food is OMG good! I had dinner here this evening (24 Oct.) Beautiful breezy day sitting out on the deck, overlooking the beach, and ocean. You can see at least 5 miles up, and down the coast. The coolest setting. Outside dining area is awesome. "9/27, Another Delicious meal! We both had the Fresh Catch. He had the sandwich and I had the fresh catch Reuben. Both very generous portions. Outstanding!! 9/14, The Bacon-wrapped shrimp is delicious and pares nicely with the Funky Pelican drink. He had the fresh Cod sandwich, grilled perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. Delicious!!! We'll be back!!"
